Building built in the 1910s. Rectangular, it has two floors and a basement. The main facade is the one that looks towards the Camino de Santiago and towards the river. It is accessed through a double-shot staircase, which leads to the door, on which there is a small terrace supported by two columns. In the rest of the facades the lintel windows and balconies are rhythmically distributed, the ones on the ground floor being latticed.
