Building built following the model of the Asturias pavilion from the 1929 Seville Ibero-American Exposition.
Rectangular, its main façade has a two-story central body flanked by two towers of three heights. On the lower floor of the main façade, a portico opens after a triple semicircular arcade, while on the upper level there are three balconies, ending all with an attic in which the clock is located.
The town hall is surrounded by a garden, in which a monument to Vital Aza is located.
