Plaza de Requexu

Square delimited by houses of traditional invoice, with abundant corridors and galleries. It is a space where the Mieres cattle market was once held, until the beginning of the 20th century.

It is located at a lower level than the level of the Camino de Santiago, so it is accessed through a staircase.

It is a very traditional area, with abundant cider houses, hence the logic behind the location here of the monument to the pourer.
