Modernist building, with two floors and two facades in which a great variety of decorative motifs are combined. It was built in 1910 for Pablo Pérez’s home and business, with a project by the architect Manuel del Busto. It was burned in the war and after a few years of neglect it was used as a cinema and a hostel.
