Residential building built at the beginning of the 20th century. It is located on a corner with a facade to two streets and a chamfer at the angle. It is an example of modernist architecture, with abundant decoration on its facades. It has a ground floor and two upper floors, with a mansard roof. On the façade there are alternate balconies and viewpoints highly decorated with floral motifs.
