Narrow building with a ground floor and three floors, whose façade is dominated by the great coat of arms of the Marquis of Collado. The façade, built with large limestone ashlars, has a symmetrical distribution of openings, two on each level, and with a running balcony in the first step, with a wrought iron railing parapet. In this construction, also known as Casa del Collado, the impressionist painter Darío de Regoyos y Valdés was born on November 1, 1857.
