Construction promoted in 1925-26 by Cecilio de la Vega, with a project by the architect Miguel García Lomas.
It is a mountain-style house with a basement, a ground floor and two stories high. Towards the Camino de Santiago, it has a symmetrical façade, with two square towers on the sides and a central body in the form of a portico on which a loft rises.
The landscaped estate on which the building sits is surrounded by an iron fence-based closure, highlighting the monumental access door to the property.
