Chalet de los Cajigal

Single-family house surrounded by a garden, the farm being limited by a wall. The construction stands on a highly developed plinth, having a rectangular floor plan with two heights and a large loft that protrudes from the roof. It is a construction of French neo-baroque inspiration.

The main facade is articulated in three streets, of great symmetry. In the central one there is a porch on the ground floor with three arches that rest on a concrete railing, and that support the glazed wooden gallery of the upper floor, above which a double-span loft opens. The side streets of the main façade have large windows on the ground floor and a cantilevered balcony with iron parapets on the upper floor.
