Construction from the beginning of the 20th century commissioned by Antero Prieto. It is located in the center of a plot surrounded by a garden with sculptures and stone fountains. The farm is surrounded by a wall with wrought iron bars.

The building, with a square plan, has a ground floor and two floors, being chaired by a tower in the corner, with one more floor and topped with a wide eaves. The facades combine stone cladding imitating ashlar with painted surfaces.
