Housing built at the beginning of the 20th century and which in 1922 became the property of Pedro Pidal Bernaldo de Quirós, the first Marquis of Villaviciosa. It is surrounded by a small garden.

It is L-shaped, with a basement, two floors and a tower. The façade alternates the openings with work galleries and balconies.
