Single-family house built between 1913 and 1916 by the Indian Dionisio Ruisánchez, enriched in Cuba. The construction project is by the architect Enrique Pfitz y López. It is located within a plot delimited by a stone wall and railings.
It is a construction with a polygonal plan, with four floors and different bodies that are distinguished by independent roofs. A tower topped with a viewpoint in one of the corners of the chalet stands out, which also has various balconies, galleries and windows of the English “bay window” type.
