Edificio de viviendas con torre en esquina

Property built in 1910 with a project by the architect Manuel del Busto. It adapts to its location between a street and a square, presenting two facades adapted to the unevenness of the terrain.

It has a ground floor and three floors, presenting a polygonal tower in the corner (visible from the front from the Camino de Santiago, as this road approaches the building on Crucero Street), projecting on the ground from the second level, and ending with an inverted conical dome.

On the facades, the lintel windows alternate with trapezoidal and polygonal balconies and bay windows, as well as tripartite windows, combining brick finishes with plastered ones, and decorative elements such as friezes with plant motifs of modernist tradition appear.
