Large development building with three floors, promoted by a family of merchants and bankers. The building project is by the architect Luis Bellido, having been carried out in 1901. On the ground floor, at street level, it is solved with a cushioning and lowered arch openings, while on the two upper floors the balconies alternate with iron railings and wooden gazebos.
