Building built between 1906 and 1909 commissioned by Florentina Dosal Nephew of Victorero. It has a basement and two floors, as well as an undercover. In the corner it is configured in the manner of a large cylindrical tower topped with a dome made of zinc scales, with oculi. It is a building of great decorative richness, alternating the flown balconies with work viewpoints and decorated corbels. Plant motifs abound.
