Monument erected in the 1920s by popular subscription at the initiative of Ángel Álvarez Menéndez. It is a work by Víctor Hevia, with the brothers Ezequiel, Fortunato and Francisca represented in it, and the motto “Facilitating culture is making a homeland”.
