18th century palace located on a narrow plot of this central street in the capital of Villavicios. It has two floors, opening in the lower one a lintel door to access the building, while the upper floor is occupied by a large balcony that precedes two lintel openings, on which the family coat of arms and a large eaves of wood that supports the cover. The building is built with large sandstone ashlars.
