Former palace of one of the great families of Villaviciosa, currently occupied by the San Francisco school. It is a large building, with two interior courtyards, which has a rectangular floor plan and a main façade organized around a four-level tower topped by a glass lantern. The rest of the façade is a rectangular body with three levels, in which large windows and rectangular balconies with ashlar frames are symmetrically distributed.
