A town of just 35 inhabitants, located at an altitude of 40 meters. It has a long history, the first documentary mention of Pernús being the reference in 1009 to the donation of the town to the church of Oviedo by the local nobleman Fortes Sanxis, who included six Moorish servants in the transaction.
