Villa El Encanto

Villa built by the brothers José and Bernardo Solís García, with a project by the architect Enrique Rodríguez Bustelo, in 1927.

It is a free-standing, mountain-style building, located in a large estate that has a garden, a home for the landlord and a greenhouse, surrounded by a perimeter fence based on an iron fence, with the main door surmounted by a roof tile.

The building has a square plan and three floors, with two towers, one circular and the other with a square plan and larger. The main façade is articulated between the two towers located at the two ends of a central body that has on the upper floor with raised balconies and railings parapets.
