Location: Calle Prudencio Fernández Pello 114
French-inspired building built in 1897, with a rectangular floor plan and three levels. On its façade towards the Camino, it presents a succession of three linteled openings on each level, while the lateral facades are resolved with large wood and glass galleries developed on the first and second floors, supported by a lower portico, which in one of the cases have been blinded and enlarged in plan, forming a structure also in the manner of a gallery.
