Location: Calle Prudencio Fernández Pello 81
Construction from the beginning of the 20th century with a rectangular floor plan, with three heights.
The main façade, towards the Camino de Santiago, develops between lateral walls conceived in the manner of firebreaks. In the intermediate space, somewhat set back, the façade develops, in which three gaps open for each height, all of them lintelled. Above the access door there is a balcony, with a turned wood parapet, while the upper floor is resolved with a corridor with wooden bars.
