Manor house of this important local lineage. It is a quadrangular building with two floors and an attic. The main façade, located opposite the Camino de Santiago, is developed around a central axis marked on the lower floor by the lintel door, with a stone frame, on which there is a flown balcony with a railings parapet. On both sides of this axis there are openings corresponding to the windows. On the ground floor there is only a small window, on the far right, while on the upper floor there are three windows with a stone parapet. Between one of these windows and the central balcony appears the shield with the arms of the Balsera and Argüelles.
